Winners of the virtual final: Cassantec, Kinexon and Teradrill
Networking with entrepreneurs, CEOs and politicians on European level – this is what Bitkom hub conference is about. The nominated teams for the Innovation Expo in Budapest competed in a virtual final for three spots at Bitkom hub conference in Berlin.
Video pitches and an international jury
How to arrange a final with teams from six countries and a jury of experts from several divisions of Deutsche Telekom Group? An agile, virtual setup with video pitches and the possibility for a Q&A session via phone is the answer.
Judges from Telekom Innovation Laboratories, Deutsche Telekom’s Key Account Management division, Deutsche Telekom’s incubator hub:raum and Magyar Telekom evaluated the pitches together. They focussed on the idea, team, market potential and the impact on Deutsche Telekom.
Winners from Switzerland, Germany and the United States
With solutions from big data context over smart devices to sensor based tracking, the jury had a tough decision in choosing three teams to be sent to Bitkom hub conference. However, the pitches made by Cassantec (more information on their website) and Kinexon (more information on their website), both from the category Industry 4.0 and Teradrill from Smart Data Analytics convinced the jury most. Congratulations to these three teams!
The prize: Bitkom hub conference with workshops, panels and networking
Two team members will present the solution of each start-up at the Telekom Innovation Contest booth. The teams are also invited to participate in workshops, listen to panels or investors talks. And, of course, use the unique network opportunity to set trends.
